Do you take the place of a
CPA?
No, we are not licensed CPAs and our services are not designed to
replace them. We will however work closely with your CPA or
tax preparer to make the bookkeeping, accounting and tax
preparation functions easier and more efficient.
Do you provide tax filing
services?
Yes, our payroll services are comprehensive and include
all required federal and state tax filings.
No, for end of the year Federal and State tax filings. We will work
closely with your CPA.
I need special services that
I don't see listed, can you provide them?
If it is at all possible, we'll provide any service that you need
at a reasonable cost. We have tried to think of every way we can make
your bookkeeping as easy as possible, so if you need something that
you haven't seen here, just let
us know!
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We use letters of engagement that are simply an agreement between
you and BizAssist Bookkeeping that spell out the needs and expectations
of both parties. We simply want to be sure that everyone is clear
on what we're going to do.
